The Toddler program at Lehrman Community Day School, for children age 24 to 36 months, ensures the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual growth of each child in a safe and nurturing environment.
Experienced and caring faculty lead children to develop creativity, self confidence, and independence, while stressing cooperation, interdependence and of course, love.
At Lehrman Community Day School Jewish values are modeled and Jewish traditions are taught and celebrated. Weekly or bi-weekly Jewish and general studies themes give content to activities whose objectives include developmentally appropriate skills.
Our Early Childhood curriculum is implemented with attention to the individual developmental needs and interests of each child. Teachers and assistants work in concert with specialists who enrich our program in the arts, to ensure that every child is accorded the appropriate time and attention needed daily and over their years spent at Lehrman.
